| While we concentrate primarily on the jamband/groove genre, we are open to working with all talented artists, no matter the genre. Our approach to managing and advising artists is simple: everything we do is in furtherance of the idea that the artist can become self-sustaining. By that, we mean that the artist is able to make a living playing music professionally. We do not work with artists who are looking to make a quick buck or who approach their music as a weekend hobby. We eat, drink and sleep music. So should the artists we represent. Soulever provides a wide variety of services. The following is a list of just some of those services: * Provide general career guidance and advice * Assist in securing a reputable booking agent * Assist in securing a recording agreement with a record label or production company * Conduct and arrange press/promotions/publicity in advance of live shows and recorded product * Assist in the preparation and recording of demos * Arrange online distribution of recorded product * Development of merchandise * Seek endorsement agreements with music instrument manufacturers * Assist in web site and MySpace design and maintenance * Seek music licensing arrangements through product placement in films and TV Most situations that arise for Soulever artists will be handled internally. In those cases where we are unable to handle a particular aspect of an artist's career, we will find a competent party to handle it. Soulever has strong ties within the music industry to such businesses as law firms, accounting firms, graphic design firms, web design firms and more.
