2M COMPLETES RECORDING OF "30" SCORE (08.15.06)

After two weeks of writing and rehearsing, Second Movement recently entered the studio and completed the recording of eight songs to be used as the original score for the independent film "30."

Produced by Nebali Productions, "30" is a story about searchin g for the end of the road but finding the beginning. As the main character, Hal, spots Route 30 on his way out of Atlantic City, he follows it on a whim. As 30 leads Hal through the heart of America, he discovers that there are as many ways to live life as ther e are fellow travelers adrift on the asphalt, and he must choose between returning to the life he k nows and following this new path to whatever awaits him at the end of the road.

"30" is the first original score by Second Movement, but is so perfectly written for the storyline that moviegoers will think the band are seasoned veterans at scoring. More info on the film, including the trailer, can be found at 30themovie.com.
